Moninca di Sardegna D.O.C.
A Red wine with the appellation Monica D.O.C. (Controlled Denomination of Origin)
It is produced on our Estate in Sinis, on the west coast of Sardinia
It is red color steals alive
The nose is pronounced and alcohol-rich
The alcohol content by volume is 12,5%.
If of it it advises approach to the first plates, to the fish of lagoon and sea, to the meats very flavored and with cheeses
And it is best served at 15-18°C
