A red wine with the appellation IGT (Indication of Geographic Origin)

Produced on our Estate in Sinis, on the west coast of Sardinia
It is purplish-red in colour, with blue tinges
The nose is pronounced and alcohol-rich, offering up potent coffee and chocolate notes
Dry and well-bodied, with excellent tannic structure
The alcohol content by volume is 13.5%
With meat- or vegetable-based starters, with wild mushrooms and with meat- or game-based main courses
Best served at 12-16°C
Can age successfully for two to three years
