Produced on our Estate in Sinis, on the west coast of Sardinia
Straw-yellow with greenish reflections in colour
The nose is lively and delicate
While the palate is dry, well-orchestrated and rounded, with a slightly bitter finish
The alcohol content by volume is 12.5%
As an accompaniment to seafood- and meat-based starters, soups, and main courses based on fish, seafood and shellfish
Best served at 8-10°C
Can age successfully for between one and two years
